FOTD: Drench Me in Soft Gold

It's errand day! 

Here is a simple natural look. I happen to reorganize my drugstore eyeshadows last night and pulled out my Milani Baked Eyeshadows so I get to move them forward, giving me chances to play with them more.

I applied the eyeshadow dry for a quick and softer look. These baked e/s also have the option to be applied wet for an intense look. I like this as my everyday look, I'll repeat this combo for sure.

PRINT: Aquadisiac loves Stars n Rockets

Instead of naming my series LOOK, I am going to name it PRINT. I think it goes better with my blog title. :D

Here is a look I wore at a recent gig. I bet you can guess which one is it. Haha. I have been loving this combo of MAC Aquadisiac and Stars n Rockets that I have been wearing them all week!

I used Ingot Eyeshadow in 483 DS, a dark blue with sparkles on my eyelid, then MAC Aquadisiac on my crease extending above crease and MAC Stars n Rockets on my lower lashline.

Gotta Love Paint

Hellooo! :) Hope all is doing well with all of you guys... the week seems draggin' for me since I am looking forward to the weekend shoot with some newlyfound friends. :D

Last Saturday came a box from Milani Cosmetics. It's the July Limited Edition Paint Eyeshadow Palette. I have been looking for this for about weeks until Milani saw my cry on their FB page. LOL.

Here in the run-down:

Product: Paint Eyeshadow Palette
Net Wt. : 0.35 oz / 9.92g

Product Description: Super-soft, silk like eyeshadow in fashion forward neon colors.

top row: swatches with no base; bottom row: swatches with base (NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk)

 This palette have a matte finish. Colors pop more when used with a base, or you may use it without if you prefer. I used NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk. 

Can we say Pigmented? Yes.

Can we say NEON? Yes.

Chalky? Some, and tolerably. (yellow/orange/white.. cmon people, it's MATTE)

Super-soft? Yes.

My Love for Inglot Eyeshadows - Overview

 

 I would like to share an overview of Inglot Eyshadow in 10-pan  Freedom Palette.  I got this hotties mid-March at Inglot Store in Fashion Island in Newport Beach.

Luckily, I do not live that far so I get the chance to go to the store, got to swatch them, feel their texture and test them. I get to meet the artists working there and they are very helpful in explaining products and giving tips. Inglot have various finishes  - Matte, Pearl, DS or Double Sparkle, AMC or Advanced Makeup Component, and AMC Shine.

Inglot offers a feel of heaven to MUAs for offering these awesome products. They also offer 20% discount for makeup professionals, which is such a big help for us in the industry.

I will be doing make-up look using these guys, and will post some  pictures of recent artworks where I used this fab guys from Inglot's line. Oh and will also do swatches of each colors :)
