Halloween Day: Dress-up and Make-up

I love October 31st for two main reasons:
1. Hubby and I are celebrating our 13th year together, and
2. I get to dress-up at work.

As many of you may know, I keep a normal full-time job, it keeps me sane. ;) My BFFs at work decide we dress up, and this is what I was:

A Half Desert Dolly /Half Zombie Army

Here's me with besties Cindy and Devin at work:

My husband dressed up for his work too! ;) I made him a crazy skull face paint.

Makeup Used:

Me:

Ben Nye Fx Wheel in Burns and Blisters
Sugarpill Tako,Midori and Bulletproof
MAC lipstick in Ruby Woo and Red She Said

Hubby's:

Halloween maybe over, BUT it doesn't mean I'll stop. <3

The Evil loves Evil Doll

The story continues....

After the Kandy Halloween Party at Playboy Mansion, I did not get back home until 5am the next day Saturday. I needed much SLEEP and SNORE, I am just glad husband let me do it to recover. Waking up 9 hours later, Im up on my feet and ready to do Zombies. My client and his wife came in at 4pm and I zombified them. LOL. I will be posting another entry that includes some of the SPFX I did the Halloween weekend.

At night, we met with out friends at Hooter's at The Pike in Long Beach. I love that location, it feels very homey and that the staff are really nice. I went in as Evil Doll and Hubby as the Evil. Here are our pictures:

I did not cover my eyebrows, less work for me.

my pink up-crooked inner brows

For my makeup I used Sugarpill's Love+ and Poison Plum from the Burning Heart palette, and Dollipop and Tako from the Sweetheart palette.  Love+,Poison Plum and Tako goes to my eyes, and Dollipop to my eyebrows and cheeks. Hubby used Bulletproof. I just wore a dress my momma gave me, it has a cute bow in the front. And here is the gang with our dedicated Hooter girl:

How did your Halloween Weekend go?

Kandy Halloween Party at Playboy Mansion

Hi Ladies!

Lucky me I was able to work and attend the Annual Kandy Halloween at Playboy Mansion. It was a two-night event (Oct.28-29) and I chose only to attend Friday night since I knew I will be so sore and tired for working and then partying. LOL.

I had the opportunity to do makeup for the Body Painted Models again. It was my second time doing makeup for these models. My first was the Playboy Kandyland Party in June. I have posted a lot pictures in my Facebook so please go check them out there too and leave me a comment. ;) I chose not to post some of the pictures here because they are really wearing nothing but body paint. As in NADAH but body paint.

Her bodypaint costume: Hef's Red Robe
One of the Go-go Dancers I did MU on. And yes, she is dressed. ;)

One of the body painted models.

My teammates and I were there at 10am and was done by around 8pm. We did all the magic in the basement gymn, where they always do the body painting. It was fun working there and definitely more in partying. ;) Food, drinks and shuttle ride all covered. What more can I ask for?

For my costume, I decided to just be the devil myself (haha) since I would not have time to prepare my costume and makeup in the daytime as I work.

Me and Michelle, a fellow MUA.
Team Founder and Celebrity Hairstylist Olga Loera doing my hair. ;)

TEAM INDULGE: Great team of Mua, Hair and SPFX.
Did I see Hef? Yes, on his Cabana surrounded by pretty girls and the media.

Please do not forget to check out my Facebook Page, the pictures are all there. I do not feel right posting nudes in here, at least in FB, the models are aware cause they are my FB friends too. ;)

Scary Hubby

Hello everyone!

Last week I had playtime and luckily my hubby agreed that I borrow his face for some scary icky look I wanted to do. I love Halloween, I can get all my dark side of creativity without people looking at me like a total weirdo. LOL.

Warning: If you are not into seein' a just KINDA scary/gory stuff, forgive me and skip this post of mine. ;)

And here is what we came up with:

Good thing he knows the trick to hide/tuck or move eyeballs to make it look all white! He liked it so much it is now his Facebook profile picture! (He said for the meantime till we have playtime again).

We took Black and White shots too! ;)

We did not go much into details since its intended just for fun, but happily it turned out nice!
For more picture you can visit my FB page. Click ME.
I hope you guys find it scary and liked it! ;)

NOTW: Dracula Nails

Hello! Sorry ladies if I have not been posting here nor tweeting... I have been heart sick since last week.. Luckily not brokenhearted, just my physical heart acting up again. I did another Halloween Makeup Look and will be posting it this week as well. ;)

But for now,  I have these Dracula Nails to share with all of you!

I used Revlon Vernis in Winter Mist in a mini bottle which came from a Revlon Trio Nail Polish set.

I got the inspiration again from Angie a.k.a. Goldiestarling from YT.  I tried my best to steady my hand but it keeps on shaking I do not know why.. and oh I hated it! But that did not stop me, I just went on and on, and just had some fun.

What polish are you wearing today? ;)

Grow Old With You

Good Day! It is a beautiful Sunday here in SoCal. My morning had been productive but as noon ticks, Hubby went to work so I am left alone. Again. I have plans to study but I decide to procrastinate and have some fun.

I never knew getting OLD could be soo fun. LOL... I knew I wil change my mind later, for sure. I enjoyed doing this, nothing fancy, just a quick old age makeup. Just in time for Halloween.

And of course, applying lipstick when you are 80 years old and above is a MUST.

I wonder if I would really look like these.... LMAO. BTW Lovelies, I took a vid of me doing this old age look, but it's 25 mins long and I am still trying to figure out how to compress/edit it. :) and maybe post in YT?!

NOTW: Spooky Lil Frankies

Heya! How are my peeps doing?
It's the time to post nail stuff! I haven't been for a long time, I have been wearing the same plain pinky-peachy-nude polish from Sally Hansen for the last two weeks I think, eeekk.

Last night we we're watching a horror flick and I find that it is a good time to multitask, and I came out with this.

I got the inspiration from YT guru Angie aka GoldieStarling, she posted hers last year. Oh I so like her and her work. To see her tutorial click here.

I just used what I have ;) I have this Ruby Kisses Neon Green but have not used it yet because it is so filmsy I do not really like it. It took me 3 thin coats to achieve this light green look.

Thanks for stopping by. <3 Hope you try this out too!
