When artists gets bored on a shoot...

Holla!

Last Saturday we had a series of private photoshoots. I have teamed up with my favorite photographer and hairstylist. It's a 3 separate session of 2hrs each, but unfortunately one did not show up, therefore leaving us free playtime. LOL.

Hahaha, I know.. Yes you can laugh too. I find this pic funny, since I am not a model and was just throwing roses on that fur blanket. LOL. But hey, I think the pose was great, especially my Chuck Taylors! When this was posted by the photographer on my FB the other day, I wished I made my self up too! Hahaha. And ooh-la-la I had so many hair! 

We had so much fun catching up and picking each other's brain!

I love private shoots, our clients felt so pretty and well made up, and they even partied that night with their GFs with the "Look" we made for them. Pictures are still in the process of choosing/editing, and as soon as I get copies I will try to post :D

I am very lucky to work with amazing models, hairstylist and photographer. I so love this group, we had soo much fun that we did another shoot just right after 4 days. That one was taken at the beach. Haha!

Bridal Shoot - Wacky Behind the Scenes

I really had an amazing and stunning shoot yesterday! ;) I am so lucky to have talented friends that are sooo fun to work with! I get to meet 3 new models too. We had a fabulous time doing the shoot together!

We did 4 looks, a clean/natural look, a victorian/tradional bride, modern bride and a pin-up bride.

These are only behind the scene pictures taken from my iphone, just a sneak preview of what's coming. I am just so excited to share this with you.

Creativity Did Flow

Work Hard, Party Harder

As promised from my last post I will be posting pictures from my last make-up gig. As many of you know, I am a member of Team Indulge, a group of celebrity makeup artists and haristylist, also includes photographers and fashion stylist. We work with Karma Foundation, Playboy Events, fashion shows and more. 

Last friday our team hosted our first anual "LOOKS" fashion show where we recreated the makeup looks we created for Kandyland, Wet Electric, KandyMasquerade and more. The show is to benefit Love To All Communities, Inc. (lovetoall.org), also thru the help of The Social Group. 

I was able to do 3 models out of 10. ;D Here are their pictires.

We had a blast and we plan to do it again. She is very nice for showin up and supporting me.

Fashion Shows are always fun, and I personally love the rush of adrenaline while working.

Creativity Flows...

One of the things I love about being a makeup artist is how I get to express myself through my work. Recently i had 2 photoshoots (2 days aprt) and the photographers & the models really did gave me my freedom to let the creative mind flow.

Honestly I am hesitant to show this on my blog, since I keep other online portfolio like MM, Carbonmade and My FB Fan Page. I have tweeted pictures of some of these, and my tweeter friend Kay of @babeedoll89  were chatting about posting and sharing these here too. Hmm..why not! As long as I don't get you bored right?

Sunday shoot is a meet-up of LA and OC Fashion Photographers.
